Rafe’s Chasm is so beautiful. As you walk through the woods and then the ocean appears. Went out there late Sunday afternoon. The wave action and wind were very strong. You must be very careful out there and stay up high and do not go to the bottom rocks.

Earth Day

Earth Day Clean Up will be held on April 22, 2017. The time is 9:00 – 11:00. If you would like to participate please let me know. The One Hour at a Time Gang will be cleaning Main Street. Also please remember that everyday should be Earth Day. Please dispose of your litter properly and remember that cigarette butts are litter. Thanks all.

Becoming obsessed with wave action

On Wednesday decided to take a ride to the Back Shore and on Shore Road. Lots of wave action a couple of hours after high tide.

Some birds on the feeder

Since Saturday and Sunday was so cold and windy, it was difficult to go out to photographs some birds, so set up the tripod in the living room at the window and took some photos at the our feeders.

Trash Will Not Be Collected Tuesday March 14, 2017
Due to the impending snow storm, trash collection for Tuesday, March 14, 2017 has been cancelled. We will be operating on a holiday schedule for the rest of the week and collection will be one day later.

If your trash day is Tuesday – please do not put your trash out until Wednesday morning.

Tuesday’s collection will be Wednesday
Wednesday’s collection will be Thursday
Thursday’s collection will be Friday
Friday’s collection will be Saturday

Marshalls Farm Stand

On Thursday decided to take a ride over to visit the animals at Marshalls Farm Stand, 144 Concord Street, Gloucester, MA near Wingaersheek Beach. By the way the farm stand will be opening in late May.

The Alpacas and the horses are so friendly. Great place to visit with your kids/grandchildren

My new Truck

After 8 years with my Mazda 3, it decided it was a time for a trade in. Been wanting a truck to help carrying our kayaks, etc. Great experience buying this fun truck. Thank you Rick for the photo.
