This class is wicked fun, low pressure, and ACCESSIBLE to people of all ages, athletic abilities, and flexibility. Enjoy a beautiful vista of Gloucester Harbor as the sounds, sights, and smells of America’s Oldest Seaport help to ground you and really start your weekend day off with gratitude and presence. If the weather is foul – we will do our best to announce cancellation of the class an hour in advance on the announcement bar on our website and facebook page.

Intershell International will be blessing it’s newest surf clam vessel the BING BING
Michael Orlando submits-
Good Morning,
Saturday June 23rd US Senate candidate Beth Lindstrom and her team will be accompanying myself on a tour of the Gloucester Fishing Industry. I am going to finish the tour at 52 Commercial St. where my company Intershell International will be blessing our newest surf clam vessel the BING BING. This particular vessel underwent a 100% refit in Gloucester, MA at Roses Marine. Bruce Tarr will also be attending and officiating the blessing. We are putting this event on as a way to bring light to the fact that the fishing industry and all the industries directly affected by it are doing everything in our power to keep going in the wake of all the government regulations imposed in recent years. It is also a chance to highlight the extremely skilled men and woman who brought this vessel back to life.

Butterfly visit ~
The power of Meditation….
As we sit quietly, take a deep breath in, hold for a bit and then gently exhale, do this 3-5 times. Feel your body relax, now gently close your eyes and let your breath relax as well. Sit for as little as 5 minutes, it’s not so important on how long but how often. No matter where, time of day or length just “do” everyday and just maybe you too will have a butterfly come visit 💜
We leave you with this quote:
