New Saturday Classes
With the proliferation of Omicron I decided to add a Nia and Restorative Yoga class on Saturday mornings for Jan and Feb. Nia at 10 AM (come early at 9:30 for chatting. Bring your hot drink and enjoy some socialization.) Restorative Yoga at 11:15 AM. The links are on the zoom class page of the website. We had a large number of people attend the classes on New Year’s Day so I thought I’d continue it till covid quiets down. We are so done with you covid!!!!

Join us as we dance to the music of the incredible band, Pink Martini. I got the bug to do this routine, last done in Nov.2020, after watching the Pink Martini Holiday concert last week. Different genres, different languages, very eclectic music.

Chef Wheels’ food is always outstanding. The room has one of the best views in town and the space is gorgeous.
The igloos have become a super trendy spot for special celebrations and yesterday they were toasty warm while you look out at the snow frosted tundra outside.

NSCH Offers New Program Providing Free At-Home COVID-19 Test Kits for Vulnerable Populations
SALEM, Mass. – Jan. 7, 2021 – North Shore Community Health (NSCH) through its outreach efforts is committed to its mission to serve the North Shore community outside of its own four walls. Following a round of vaccination clinics in 2021 at community partner locations, NSCH continues to fight against the spread of COVID-19 with a new program offering the weekly distribution of at-home, rapid antigen COVID-19 testing kits that are being provided through funding from the Health Resource Services Agency (HRSA).
