National Relaxation Day -Take a Break and Relax
Today is National Relaxation Day – A good reminder to take time to slow down, unwind and relax!
We all need a break from our fast-paced and often hectic lifestyles. Too much work and stress can make us feel run down, tired and even sick. Taking time to relax, recuperate and rejuvenate tired minds and bodies may help prevent disease and improve health. #nationalrelaxationday
Stress management programs – often include relaxation techniques along with cognitive behavioral and other therapy.

The mind, body connection ~
Through the lens of Ayurveda there is a strong connection between mind and body. Relaxation has enormous benefits to your health and plays a major role in preventing disease.
Let’s explore the calming effect that some crystals (like Blue Lace Agate) can assist us in quieting our mind, body and emotions.
Blue Lace Agate:
Links your thought processes to the spiritual vibration. The serene energies of Blue Lace Agate induce profound peace of mind.
Try taking 15 minutes out of your day to relax with a Blue Lace Agate crystal which will bring you inner peace for all to see and feel. Keep on your night stand for a deeper peaceful sleep.
Don’t know where to find crystals? We support our partner: ZuZu’s Healing Arts, Inc – check them out!

Game Changer- Double Insulated Soda/Beer Can Cooler-Insulator
Craig Kimberley told me about these and while I’m a huge fan of my double insulated cups for keeping my iced beverages cold all day long- I didn’t see the need for the beer one that locks down your beer and keeps it icy cold. That was until my beautiful wife Kate surprised me with one- a Yeti branded one last week.
I was using neoprene coozies and they don’t do a fraction of the job. Like 10 percent of how awesome these work.
Super thoughtful of her. I tried it and my beer doesn’t usually last long enough to get cold anyway but honestly these things keep your beer or soda super cold right down to the last drop. I don’t like mine- I LOVE IT!
Just like the Yeti double insulated cups, you don’t have to buy the Yeti brand ones that are $25 each, you can get the same exact ones but they don’t have the Yeti name on them for $9.99 on Amazon. Here’s the link to buy, and let me tell you, you will 100% absolutely love them.
You know when I say no-brainer, that it’s a total no-brainer? This is a no-brainer. Your husband will love you for it. Your wife will love you for it. Your of legal drinking age kids will love you for it. if you don’t have one, get one, you can thank me later.
Game changer.
