On Tuesday afternoon, this nice couple come into the Gloucester’s Welcoming Center.  They were fun and getting ready to go on a 8:00 pm. boat ride.  Just as we were closing up, went out to say have fun, and they were sitting on Gloucester’s wonderful rocking chair on this great porch.

The old man was handsome, a ball breaker and a sharp dresser. Him and our mom were a great couple in love. I’m glad he got to retire at 51 so they could enjoy Naples in the winter before the disease got him

“Sunday night marked the official end of Season 17 of The Blox, and I am excited to finally be able to say that Sunnoo was co-winner of “Most Investible” company from out of 100 companies there and 150,000+ applications to compete.

This was such an indescribably unique experience for me. I have said on many occasions that it was the probably the most intellectually, physically, and emotionally challenging thing I have done in my life. I learned a lot – not new concepts, just new ways of looking at and applying the things that I knew all along. I always say that my job as a strategy consultant is to teach people things about their brands that they already knew but were never able to articulate – The Blox flipped the student/teacher paradigm and did that for me.

As important than all of that is the friendships that I made. In one week, I made friends that I believe will be friends for life. I am proud of every single person that shared that week with me in Tulsa, Oklahoma last summer.

I am not a drink-the-koolaid type of person, but Wes Bergmann and BetaBlox has created something that is truly unique, and in a lot of ways, life-changing from a business and personal perspective. A mysterious package was waiting for us when we returned from our weekend trip. There’s nothing much more exciting than an unexpected surprise like this!
