Last Monday’s full moon was a reminder of the upcoming “partial” solar eclipse expected to be visible in Gloucester April 8 beginning at 2:16 PM and reaching the maximum on 3:30 PM (https://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/in/usa/gloucester?iso=20240408).  Monday’s photo of the moon setting was at 6:30 AM, shortly after low tide, looking across the Annisquam River toward Wingaersheek Beach.

Eastern Point Wind and Waves

I stopped at Eastern Point to watch some wave action and just get a view of the landscape. Surprisingly I was there alone but I enjoyed the time for reflection and photo taking.
