Looking for a Rental Home

My boys and I have been renting a beautiful single family home for 3.5 years, but the owner is planning on selling this spring.ā€‚I am looking for a 3-bedroom home to rent year-round if you know of anything!ā€‚I know GMG has some pretty faithful resources!ā€ƒIā€™m hoping that spreading the word will help.

Budget: $2800 (ish). I have great references.

We have one medium sized 8 year-old dog

Phil Keating taking a swim on January 19 at Magnolia Beach

When walking on Shore Road, saw Phil Keating taking a swim.Ā  Phil has plunged in the cold water before.Ā  He is a very nice guy and very funny.Ā  Congratulations to Phil for doing what most of us would run to a heated car.

It was getting dark and windy, so the photos are a little grainy.

Information From Barry, Arley Pett and Isabel Pett About The Passing Of Truly One Of A Kind Toby Pett

On Tuesday, January 16th, we were notified of the passing of our brother and uncle Toby Pett. It was totally unexpected, and we wanted to notify all of our family members around the country before making this announcement. Burial will be private for immediate family only. We hope everyone understands that announcement and request. We will be having a celebration of life for Toby probably in the spring or summer, where we will celebrate his love for his City, and the loves of his life ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦.. sailing and skiing. If anyone would like to make a contribution in his name they can make a donation to SailGHS, care of the Gloucester Fund at 45 Middle Street, Gloucester, MA 01930. Checks made out to the Gloucester Fund, SailGHS in the memo section, or you can go to GloucesterFund.org and pay by PayPal or Venmo. If you would like to participate in putting on the celebration of life or sharing your memories with Toby in any way, feel free to send a private message to me, Arley, or Isabel and give us a way to get in touch to discuss with you. Thank you to all for your thoughts and prayers. Fair winds and a following sea Toby!
