    Have seen it for years in the Annisquam as I approach the bridge and always wondered when does it gets there and where does it live off season?

    1. At a dock! Prob shouldn’t blow up their spot w the address but just somewhere a little more protected from storms. No one lives there full time.

  2. you sure it’s a houseboat & not a floating house? To be a houseboat it would have a motor and wouldn’t need a tow. On a related topic, these houses don’t need to go anywhere in the winter

Right, but she’s talking about this house specifically, which apparently is moved each winter. so it would depend somewhat on where a houseboat or float house is kept and the conditions as to whether it is a permanent fixture or if it needs to move to be secure for winter or storm seasons, etc. Also, most people are not going to know the differentiations between referring to something as a houseboat, a liveaboard, a floating house, etc…
