GET THE CHILL OUT – LUNCH, COOKIES AND S’MORES AT GLOUCESTER UU ON SATURDAY
Come and visit Gloucester UU at the corner of Church and Middle Streets on Saturday, December 10th. As part of the Middle Street Walk, the UU church will be hosting a Cookie Walk from 10 – 1. Warm up with a quick meal, too. The church will be serving homemade fish chowder, vegetarian chili, and hot dogs. Tours of their historic building will be given at 10:30 and 1:30 and you can toast yourself a marshmallow or s’more on the front lawn while you listen to the Jambalaya Brass at 12:30. To wrap up the day at 2:30, an original historic play will bring to life the story of Rev. John Murray and his wife, Judith Sargent Murray. Performances and tours are free of charge.
