Cape Ann Women: Join us October 30 to raise $10,000 for a local charity

Come be part of #thepowerof100 on October 30 @ 5:30 pm at The Gloucester House Compass Rose room. This will be the second quarterly meeting of the Cape Ann chapter of 100 Who Care which launched in July with 125 women collectively donating $12,500 to Wellspring House for their Educational Resource Collaborative.

One hundred (or more!) women will each donate $100 on October 30 and together in one hour we will raise $10,000 for a local charity. If you can join us, visit https://100whocarecapeann.org to RSVP. If you can’t make it to this meeting, you can still participate by donating and voting through this web site.

We will hear presentations from members about three organizations – Backyard Growers, The Open Door and The Gloucester Stage Company– and vote on the one we think most needs funding.  Learn more about how they could use our support by checking out the Impact tab on the web site.

We meet four times a year and members can nominate charitable organizations they would like to support. This means we learn about 12 local charities each year and will donate $40,000+ to four of them. Next meeting will be January 30, 2020. We hope you’ll join this amazing group of women who are supporting our wonderful community.
