The Traveling Biergarten is going back to the farm- Appleton Farms in Ipswich, MA!

We’ll be pouring Notch session beer in half-liter mugs and have authentic biergarten furniture set-up for your relaxation. There will also be a selection of games to play should you find the urge to toss some corn bags around.

Appleton Farms charges $3 admission for non-Trustees members.

About Appleton Farms: Appleton Farms offers a rare glimpse into New England’s agricultural past- rolling grasslands, grazing livestock, stone walls, and historic farm buildings are part of this 1,000-acre pastoral landscape. One of the oldest continuously-operating farms in the country, Appleton Farms still raises dairy cows, goats and chickens and is home to six miles of paths for pedestrians and horses. The farm was gifted to the Trustees by Colonel Francis Appleton and continues to operate in its centuries-old tradition by operating a Farm Stand and CSA.

The Trustees is a non-profit that preserves, for public use and enjoyment, properties of exceptional scenic, historic, and ecological value in Massachusetts. Their network of over 100 farms, historic homes, and wooded areas spans from The Berkshires to the Cape and Islands and everywhere in between.
