  1. They do have a good bomb there. The salami is enough for me though. I always tell them to hold the pepperoni for fear of the acido. Oh ya, extra onion also makes it just right.

  2. I don’t believe that mushrooms are included in steak bombs at some locations on Cape Ann unless you ask for them.

  3. Poseidon’s cheese steak bombs are great because the veggies always taste fresh. They still have a little snap and texture to them. They are not so wilted and grilled that they turn into mush. The sub isn’t greasy. In fact, I would describe the whole sub as clean and fresh. Some steak bombs you get, everything is chopped up fine, over grilled and greasy, it’s like your eating nursing home prepared food. And the most important thing, for me anyway, is that I have never gotten any gristle since I’ve started going there. I’ve never had to take anything out of my mouth that was inedible. I can’t say that about the other sub shops I’ve been to. To sum it up, Poseidon’s steak bomb…is the bomb.
Full disclosure. I am not affiliated with the Poseidon’s establishment in any way. I’m just a happy steak bomb customer.

  4. Where are the steak bomb competition results?
A quick search of the GMG blog by the way shows that you talk about steak bombs quite often….and a few years ago called Leonardo’s the best. Ought to be interesting to see who’s in first for 2013.
