At first I would agree with you but how do we really know we have never seen a constipated seagull? It could be one of those existential questions like that tree falling in the woods and no one there to hear it.
And what would actually happen if a seagull did eat Ex-Lax? I’m picturing a jet propelled Jonathan Livingston Homie.
