Hi Joey,
I was wondering, do you personally, go out and catch lobsters? Do you own lobster boats? I know you have some part in getting them from the ocean to your lobster pools, but what is it? Do you also sell fresh fish, such as haddock and
scallops and clams(oh my). What part of my grocery list can I get at Joey’s?
No, I don’t go out lobstering. I’ve actually never filleted a fish(or should say I’ve tried once or twice but realize it’s best left to the professionals, lol).
My cousin and I own the dock here at Captain Joe & Sons. Captain Joe was my grandfather and the sons were my father and uncle. My cousin and I have been working here since we were nine years old. We bought the place a couple years back from our fathers, but we handled fish before the auction came to town and now we strictly handle lobsters.
