Good Morning Gloucester 
Years ago one of my directors told me “There can be no growth without conflict”. At 30, I thought he was full of crap, but of course, with years of experience behind me, I get it.
Ron speaks of change which means conflict which means growth. He understands that the natural progression of life means letting go, learn from the past, and move forward. We Gloucesterites have so much to gain from Ron’s insight and wisdom. Exciting times ahead.
