This photo was taken at B & N Fishing Gear on Maplewood Ave. They carry all types of clamps and hooks and industrial parts. You might feel intimidated to walk into a joint like this but you’ll save a bunch of money on these kinds of parts. They also carry heavy duty shovels that are great for snow. They are 100 times better than any plastic shovel you could buy at a hardware store because they are built to be used in heavy duty applications like the fishing industry.

This press packs 300 tons of pressure. Matt the guy who runs the back shop at B and N Fishing supplies on Maplewood Ave put a dime in there and squished it wafer thin. 300 tons- that’s a whole lot of pressure. It is used to crimp wire and rope clamps. You make a loop and put a clamp around it and then the press comes down and makes it tight. As you can imagine when these clamps are expected to hold tons and tons of weight they have to be reliable. This machine gets it done.
