New Years Eve at Passports was fantastic as usual.

Here is the Beef wellington which was a pan seared tenderloin with mushroom duxelles, fresh crab and mushroom sauce on puff pastry.

  1. I gave it hell, but came up short. Leftovers for lunch. The crabcakes and salad was too good to stop eating and leave room.

    Also disapointed that there was no room for dessert. There was a yummy looking tiramisu that we had to pass on also.
