Lunch at Passports is always a treat. Daughter Liv had the very filling and super yummy pulled pork sandwich. I had the wonderfully tasty and seafood-rich Adriatic stew. I only had my iPhone with me and didn’t get a great snapshot of our waitress Laila, but she was wonderful as well. Thanks Laila and Eric for the fabulous lunch!

After The Lobster Buoy Auction I stopped by Elliott’s At The Blackburn for a bite to eat. Holy canoli batman what a fantastic pulled pork sandwich I had! It was great and the hand cut fries didn’t suck either! Yum!

In North Carolina they use a vinegar and tomato based dip.
Clyde Hall, golf course builder extrodinaire and former son of Manchester brings up a couple of smoked shoulder’s when he comes up from North Carolina to visit Mark Ring each year for the Fiesta. Mark puts out quite a spread on Fiesta Sunday with his wife and Saint Patty’s Day fellow celebrant Kara Ring.
