My View of Life on the Dock
On Thursday the workers put up some of the railings. It is starting to look like The Magnolia Pier. Who wants to be first to jump off when it is complete.

Through the last three days of relentless wind and waves, the construction of the Magnolia Pier looks great.

Progress on the Magnolia Pier

While kayaking around Magnolia Harbor on Tuesday, there is real progress on The Magnolia Pier.

Kayaking near Kettle Island, there was a deer looking right at me but could not get the camera fast enough.

The barge that is rebuilding Magnolia’s Pier was docked near Cruiseport last week.

The Magnolia Pier is coming along. Today, Tuesday, the pilings were put in with a very interesting tool. So looking forward to having the Pier back.

On Wednesday afternoon decided to kayak around Magnolia Harbor and also watched the progress of the Magnolia Pier. What a beauty of a time.

Saturday is almost here, hope to see everyone there. Thank you all who donated.

The Magnolia Pier has come down. The workers have been very nice and keeping the area clean. Looks very weird not seeing the pier there. Looks like it has been photo shopped.
The next stage will be the rebuilding and looking forward to having our Pier back.

They are making great progress with regards to taking down the pier. The workers have been so efficient and friendly. Soon the rebuilding will begin.

The Magnolia Pier is almost all the way down and the new one will be starting soon.

Even with the barge taking down our beloved pier, Magnolia Harbor sure is pretty.

Taking out rest of pilings

As we are waiting for the barge to come and take down the rest of the pier and then the rebuilding will begin, so pretty.

I will miss our Magnolia Pier but we all have memories of fun times. The new new one will be going up soon.

With all the dreary weather on Tuesday, the sun late in the day was telling us the sun is still there.

Soon this iconic pier will be taken down and rebuilt. Looking forward to process and jumping off the new pier.
