Human Kalidoscope- Family Day At The Children’s Museum Of New Hampshire

You scoot under this nondescript looking box and once inside there is this human kalidoscope type thing.  A cool photo for sure.

Mindball -Family Day At The Children’s Museum Of New Hampshire

Playing mindball at The New Hampshire Children’s Museum.   The object is to relax your mind and produce fewer brainwaves.  The sensors which you velcro around your noggin measure how relaxed you are and you can view them on the monitors above.  When you have less brain activity than your opponent the ball on the table moves toward your opponent’s circle.

It’s a game of mind tug of war but instead of stregnth as a barometer for winning- it’s relaxation!  That’s my kind of game, lol.

Family Day At The Children’s Museum Of New Hampshire

With February vacation upon us I thought I’d share another place that you might not have discovered.  It was new to us as we’ve brought the girls to The Children’s Museum in Boston  the past two years and were looking for some new things to do.

The New Hampshire Children’s Museum fit the bill.

We ended up spending 4 hours here and literally had to drag the girls out.
