Fiesta wouldn’t be complete without A Zizzta Sandwich from Ambie’s!

If you don’t get an Ambie’s Sausage, it really doesn’t martter if you’ve gone to all 9 novenas, watched every seine boat race and greasy pole. You may as well tell people you didn’t even really go to Fiesta if you didn’t get your Ambie’s Italian Zizzitza Sangie!

Ambie’s first batch of Sausage will be hitting the grill at 9:00 and will be ready in time for todays lunch! Stop by and get yours!

Ambie celebrates his retirement on Main Street

After twenty-seven years Ambie retired from UPS.

He thanks his customers with cake and a smile on Main Street.

Ambie has been a familiar face delivering packages always with a smile.

Mayor Kirk took time out from her busy schedule along with many others to Congratulate Ambie.

I had my first sausage sandwich of the Fiesta Wednesday morning around 10:00AM.  Ambie was all set up outside of the Fort Square Cafe. Sausage sandwiches with the peppers and onions are a must during Fiesta.
