Love the colorful sail. Spent the afternoon after work on Thursday swimming and enjoying the beach. The wind started and a wind surfer came out.

@charleen.mccarthy and I saw The Ding Dongs last night. Very funny with an unexpected ending. The actors were unbelievable. Tickets are still available. Show ends August 27th. We have tickets for Septembers play – Tall Tales From Blackburn Tavern. Hope to see you there.

National Cinema Day is this Sunday Aug 27. Gloucester Community Safety day will be September 16th on Harbor Loop from 10-2pm (rain date Sept 17). Admission is free. We will be accepting donations to help support the Lanesville Community Center. During this year’s event the United States Coast Guard will be performing a live helicopter demonstration with deployment of rescue swimmers at 12pm located at US Coast Guard Station Gloucester !! Come see all kinds of first responder vehicles and help support a local non profit!
