Have a dream?

Your attentions activate your desires, be clear. Focus on your desire.

If you hit a bump – acknowledge and smooth it out. Keep positive flowing thoughts around it. Meditate and open up to receive.

We at Ayurveda Wellness Healing, LLC and North Shore Restorative Yoga   had a dream to take a group to experience Sedona, through our eyes, working with Shamans out on the land, the magical land, the sacred land of the Native Americans. We set our attention and this activated our desire. We were clear. We focused on our desire and kept positive flowing thoughts around it. We mediated and we were open to receive… with planning and hard work it came to fruition. You can be part of our/your dream and join us in Sedona next January 23 – 27, 2020!

MAR 4TH Fireside Chat Speaker Series @ Beauport Hotel Gloucester w/Captain Paul “Sasquatch” Cohan

Grab a drink, pull up a chair and listen to the tales of Captain Paul “Sasquatch” Cohan who made his living off the fierce ocean that is the fishing grounds of the North Atlantic.

Sasquatch has achieved an iconic stature in Gloucester through his 35 years captaining his own commercial fishing boats, his tireless fishing industry activism, and especially, his music. An acclaimed story-teller and songsmith, Sasquatch speaks from, and of the heart, and his boundless love of Gloucester. He is the quintessential “Gloucesterman” and it is verified by a style which he glibly refers to as “Gloustacana”, which embodies the heart and soul of The American Fisherman’s Home Port. His wit, his wisdom, and his “Sea Cred” are melodically woven into each of his spell-binding appearances. You will laugh and you will cry, and you’ll always remember your encounter with “Sasquatch”!

Space is limited, so please reserve your spot today for this FREE event by emailing our Concierge at concierge@beauporthotel.com. Be sure to mention your name and how many people will be attending. Light refreshments will be served. We hope you will join us for an engaging and lively discussion!
