According to the Farmer’s Almanac, the full moon of February is most usually called the Snow Moon, named by Native Americans in honor of February’s often heavy snow; some other names include No Snow in the Trails Moon, Bone Moon, and Shoulder to Shoulder Moon. 2020 will bring three Super Moons and one Blue Moon

We had not been to Willow Rest in a while so we stopped for lunch. What a treat! I had the Causeway chicken sandwich and Jim had the Cuban….piled high and steamy with goodness! Always a nice treat plus we get to see friends! Shout out to Chris, our favorite plumber.

“The books and original art for the picture book stories are displayed on the window ledges in the children’s room at the Rockport Public Library. The invited artist is Betty Allenbrook Wiberg, who will have work included as part of the exhibition, which runs through Saturday, Feb. 29 when there will be a public reception at 11 a.m.”
“This is the final leg of the exhibition tour, which began more than a year ago at Cape Ann Museum at the end of 2018, before it traveled to each of the four communities of Cape Ann with its final stop in Rockport.”
