The Fall Checklist for Your Home

One of the first signs of fall is when the windows start to close. As New Englanders, it is a nearly universal point of pride to keep them open for as long as possible. Generally speaking, October 1 is the earliest acceptable date to turn on the thermostat. When the days get shorter and the wind gets colder, the windows start to come down. Closing the windows sets off a chain reaction. It’s a signal that there is more work to be done around the home with the changing of the seasons

Boulevard and Breakwater Wave Action
The waves yesterday morning were pretty fierce against the boulevard wall and along the breakwater. The sky got a bit intimidating then beautiful. We are so blessed.

Are you worried about running out of money?

A person’s biggest financial asset is his or her ability to earn. I work with people who are worried they’ll need to work for the rest of their lives or, worse, run out of money. Einstein is reputed to have said that compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world: those that understand compound interest earn it, and those that don’t pay it. Some of the greatest financial tools ever devised are the least understood. I will educate you in ways you never dreamed possible about balancing financial risk and security.
