My View of Life on the Dock

Come join us as we celebrate great American composer, Leonard Bernstein and lyricist Stephen Sondheim. Great songs and lyrics that still apply to issues of today. Unusual rythyms and contemporary takes on the original score.
New time for Thursday Nia Class-10 am. And new class addition, Moving to Heal at 11:15 am. Moving to Heal Nia is a slower, less intensive class with less standing and more done in the chair. Great for people with injuries or conditions that make it hard to participate in a classic Nia class. Also good for people getting back into exercise. For more info on Moving to Heal, see the info and videos on my web site or click here
For Restorative Yoga, find some cushions, large books, yoga blocks, blankets, whatever you can use instead of bolsters and blocks. We make it work. For more information on Restorative yoga, check out my site,

I knew they wouldn’t last. Gotta get your order in early.
Congratulations to the lucky ones!
The Harvey Reservation trail in Lanesville MIGHT possibly be the shortest trail in the Essex Greenbelt collection of trails but it rivals them all the for views out onto the ocean. At one end is the Lanes Cove or Cove Hill Cemetery and at the other end is Lane’s Cove. It’s a very short and easy walk and along the way you will see granite encased in the pathway. The Cove end has a bench for contemplation or perhaps lunch as you look out over the vast waters. I suggest you check the website for additional interesting background on this area. We’d been intending to get there for a while and this summer has certainly allowed us the opportunity to check it out. Maybe you will too.
