The LobstahCrackah Ballet: Revenge of the Gull King ~ December 29- January 14

Definitely not your mama’s Nutcrackah! Appropriate for all ages!

In this unique spin, the Gull King will overcome the LobstahCrackah Prince and kidnap Clarafied Buttah, taking her away to Lobstahland where he steals the magic scepter and throne of the queen, The Shrimp Cocktail Fairy. Meanwhile, Uncle Drawsum Buttah has transformed the LobstahCrackah back into a prince, who returns to Lobstahland disguised as a squid to save the day. Dancing turbines, mermaids, jelly fish, and whales… oh my! Come experience the magic for the last time.

I have a LG V20 with a 128GB micro SD card that I got on Amazon. When you can add 128 GB of on board storage for your cell phone for under $40, that’s a total no brainer. Apple sheep pay hundreds extra to get more than 32 or 65 GB.

A Holiday Tradition: THE AMERO FAMILY CHRISTMAS!

We’ve been doing this Rhumb Line show on the last Wednesday before Christmas since 2009. It’s really
an extension of a Christmas Eve family tradition the Amero kids grew up with in South Essex, singing
songs in the back room (known as “Moulty’s Inn”) of the old house on Southern Avenue. Mother Moulty
was e’er the festive, gracious host, and every hippy who ever hitch-hiked Cape Ann in funky Walter Dyer
moccasins was, over one season or another, in attendance. I learned a lot of guitar from Chick Marston
on those nights. And the late, great Andrew Doran closed many them at the kitchen table in the wee hours,
draining the final abandoned bottles while discussing the “new world order”. This will be our first Christmas
without him, and he is sorely missed indeed. But, life goes on, as does The Amero Family Christmas! ~ Fly

You can now pick up Cape Ann License Plate gift envelopes at Shaws Railroad Avenue and Shaws Eastern Avenue plus Tucks Candy in Rockport.  Pick up the envelope add $40 and you will be giving a Cape Ann License plate to someone you love and the Non profits on Cape Ann will be getting a gift too, win, win!!!

All three locations are also are selling Cape Ann Chamber Gift Certificates, good at over 200 Cape Ann locations.

Stop by the Chamber of Commerce this coming week and pick up a Cape Ann Gift Certificate, there are over 200 places they can be used on Cape Ann.  Gift Certificates are also available at both Shaw’s in Gloucester and Tuck’s in Rockport.

In addition this year you can give someone the gift of a Cape Ann License Plate.  The Chamber provides  the gift card with all the details you just add the $40.00.  The process is simply, you do it all on line and the plate is mailed right to your home.  Everytime they look at that plate they’ll think of you and be supporting non-profits on Cape Ann.  So why not step up to the plate and show your Cape Ann love!
