My View of Life on the Dock
Feel very grateful for where we live and for the sunset club. To be able to appreciate this beautiful place we call home with friends makes it all the more special. On Thursday, the temperature was 43 with no wind. The sunset did not disappoint.
The sun setting had sun pillars, multiply colors, blue ocean and the city of Boston was visible.
On Tuesday, the snow with the blue sky and ocean, was beautiful. Walking Shore Road at dusk was delightful. Notice the cutie dog in the corner enjoying the walk as well.

The snow can be a nuisance, but it is certainly pretty especially with this cardinal taking shelter in the bush.
Fun day on Monday. I know people will wonder why I like the snow, but since I find it pretty and cleansing, had to go out and play. Thank you, Rick, for photo taking. Snow blowing is not as easy as it looks. Then decided to get my beach chair out to get ready for the summer.
Walking Stacy Boulevard on Saturday noticed the ice around the binoculars. Fun times are coming
Took a ride to Good Harbor on Saturday. There was one Surfer and a beach goer sitting on a beach chair bundled up. Love New Englanders.
My truck was crying for a wash on Thursday. Went to Maplewood Car Wash and the truck was shining.
Since the weather this week is starting to moderate, much more pleasant to take a walk at sunset.
Gloucester is full of beautiful spots to photograph. On Sunday, Rocky Neck was especially pretty with snow and ice.

Walking on Stacy Boulevard Friday, the snow looked pretty and peaceful. Thank you DPW for all your hard work in keeping the paths clear.

When walking at sunset, the colors of the sky are constantly changing.
On Tuesday, I was on Concord Street near the marsh. The sound of panicky chickens piqued my curiosity. There was a protected chicken coop below this beautiful bird. The chickens were ok, but they were nervous.
As most of us are waiting for spring, I love the snow. It is so pretty and feel as if the snow cleans the air.
Marshalls Farmstand is open all year round. Very convenient to pick up a yummy turkey pot pie, some veggies and to say hello to Jinx. This little kitty and so soft and loving.
With the snow and extremely cold temperatures, salt water is freezing. The snow does make everything look pretty.
Went over to the State Pier the other day and noticed the harbor is starting to freeze.
