A good night’s sleep is essential to to your over all health and well being. Experts recommend adults sleep at least seven hours a night. Proper sleep contributes to memory function, prevents sickness by building the immune system and ensures overall wellness. Unfortunately, as many as 70% of Americans report they do not sleep for the recommended hours.
One increasingly popular strategy for sleeping better is taking cannabidiol (CBD), a derivative of Hemp. CBD is commonly used to improve sleep.
Give it a try for free! Swing by Angel Wings Wellness 12 Rogers Street and grab a free sample of our sleep gummies.

Meet Alpaca! He’s a lovable goofball who lives for zoomies, scratches, morning tippy-tappy greetings, and snuggling. A perfect gentleman, he regularly sits regally with crossed paws and back legs stretched out in a splooting position. Life circumstances have led him to CAAA through no fault of his own, but he is ready for a new family and a second chance at life. Housebroken since day one, Paca’s a pro at indoor manners. He also makes a great car ride buddy, as he doesn’t get car sick and has taken many road trips in his life. He can be a little nervous around small children, but does great with older kids and would easily fit right in with a big family and some outdoor adventures. Smart as a whip, he’s got a whole trick list: sit, stay, down, paw, 360, “be sneaky” (crawl), “do yoga” (downward dog), and “security,” where he sits between your legs like a bodyguard!

If possible, I’m hoping you’d be willing to help spread the word about the new GHS Girls Volleyball team fundraiser with your amazing FB community.
Thanks to the incredible determination and hard work of several Gloucester High School students, girls’ volleyball is making its long-awaited return to the fall sports lineup! The enthusiasm this year has been truly inspiring, with a larger than expected number of girls trying out and training all summer long with their captains. It’s wonderful to see so much interest and energy around the sport’s comeback.
But the team needs our help! In order to host home games, the GHS Girls Volleyball team is raising funds to purchase essential equipment, including new poles, nets, and other gear required for regulation play. Right now, the team is practicing with a men’s volleyball net that doesn’t meet the proper size standards. Having the right equipment will ensure our athletes can compete safely and proudly on their home court.
The team is halfway to their fundraising goal of $10,000. Every donation brings them closer to hosting home games and sustaining the program for years to come. Every donation truly makes a difference.
The Chamber sent out “essay questions” to the three mayoral candidates to get their comments in writing on the downtown, waterfront, tourism and housing.
