Went With A Smaller Sized Clam For The Bake Stuffed Clams and They Were Outstanding
Every Christmas Eve The Men Open The Clams. It is my favorite Christmas food that our family has been making for decades. Uncle Charlie and Auntie Angela were the ones that started it I think and Felicia and my mom do their excellent version of it both outrageously good and if I could only eat one thing on the holidays this is what it would be. I’m not sure if Felicia got topnecks or littlenecks this year.
