The Gloucester Meetinghouse Foundation presents a series of 9 free concerts on Meetinghouse Green, corner of Church and Middle St, Gloucester, from July 9 to September 10, 2021. The family-friendly concerts begin at 6 pm. Bring folding chairs or blankets. There will be food vendors at every concert. The public is invited to make free-will donations to Cape Ann non-profit organizations partnered with each concert (bring cash/check).

I see these roasting chickens on sale all the time at the Supermarket.
You take out the backbone, pat it dry, apply rub and cook it offset a lit chimney full of lit coals, place a piece of foil under the bird to catch chicken fat renderings, put the chicken down with the legs facing the coals and let it rip around 350 until the internal temp hits 145 in the breast, lightly mop it with BBQ sauce and then cover it back up til the breast hits 165, legs are around 180.

I put medium sized baked potatoes along side them as they take about the same exact time to finish if you poke em and partially soften them up in the microwave for 5 minutes before you toss them on the grill.

Hi guys! I am running the marathon. In October and I have to raise $7500 by October 31st which will go to the Beth Israel Lahey hospitals. I am running in memory of my Aunt that passes from cancer 25 years ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here is the link and the story.
