Jason is back with his extensive tequila knowledge. He will guide us through what makes Atanasio tequila special. We will taste four tequilas, anejo, reposado, blanco, & origenes.

THIRD COURSE featuring Atanasio Blanco Gordita, de cochinita pork topped with pickled red onions, green sauce, lettuce, and pico •
FOURTH COURSE featuring Atanasio Origenes Filet Ranchero, mini steak filet over a lightly fried corn tortilla and ranchero sauce topped with fried cactus
FIFTH COURSE: DESSERT Sopapilla, fried dough roped with agave nectar and powder sugar
