“Sunday night marked the official end of Season 17 of The Blox, and I am excited to finally be able to say that Sunnoo was co-winner of “Most Investible” company from out of 100 companies there and 150,000+ applications to compete.
This was such an indescribably unique experience for me. I have said on many occasions that it was the probably the most intellectually, physically, and emotionally challenging thing I have done in my life. I learned a lot – not new concepts, just new ways of looking at and applying the things that I knew all along. I always say that my job as a strategy consultant is to teach people things about their brands that they already knew but were never able to articulate – The Blox flipped the student/teacher paradigm and did that for me.
As important than all of that is the friendships that I made. In one week, I made friends that I believe will be friends for life. I am proud of every single person that shared that week with me in Tulsa, Oklahoma last summer.
I am not a drink-the-koolaid type of person, but Wes Bergmann and BetaBlox has created something that is truly unique, and in a lot of ways, life-changing from a business and personal perspective.
