Support company operations by answering phones and web/email customer inquiries. Assist customers with choosing a storage unit. Manage and operate software system to maintain payments and manage customers, record payments. Manage customer issues, enforce rules and regulations of the facility. Ensure profitability of operation.

Document conversations/dates/times to ensure proper legal procedures. Keep detailed notes, attention to detail a must, confirm dates/times/address/phone numbers. Provide excellent customer service.

Inspection facilities for cleanliness and ensure all is in good working order request repairs or fixes as needed to keep a clean, safe environment.

Provide daily accounting report and weekly/monthly sales reports to accounting and management. Handle cash and incoming payments, refunds, etc.

This is a busy position that requires you to be organized and stay focused, you must have the ability to be interrupted several times during a task, yet be able to go back and successfully accomplish and complete it. This position also requires back up and support to our other entities, and provide assistance to management as needed.

Bring signage and flags in and out on a daily basis

MUST HAVE:

-Excellent written and verbal skills

-Experience with MS Office, Excel, Word, etc

-Previous office experience, be comfortable using and learning new software

-Be trustworthy, dependable and have own transportation

-Job requires, lifting/bending and sitting, requires some outdoor time in all weather conditions
