Congratulations Flavia Ryan on the official opening of Grover Tree Spa at 28 Washington St! The Greater Cape Ann Chamber held a ribbon cutting Friday afternoon and wished the new business well. A representative from Senator Tarr’s office brought a proclamation on behalf of the State; Mayor Verga also presented a proclamation.
