Team smash burger or team regular burger? some like their burgers thick, some like ‘em thin.
we grind briskets in house for both burgers. our lunchtime smash burgers are pressed paper thin over the wood fire, while our dinner burgers are cold smoked first and then grilled over the wood fire. both methods achieving a mouth watering char! which do you prefer?
