Stage Fort Park was my backyard playground while growing up. I’m glad that things are being done to give it some love. Next maybe Cressy’s beach will be given some sand back! The welcome center was once called the rest house & contained a first aid station, snack bar run by Mr Bradstreet & a big room with rocking chairs for getting out of the rain. Makes me glad to see the progress on restoring this family friendly park.
