As long as supplies last if any GMG folks want a bumper sticker but can't drop down the dock, just send a self addressed and stamped envelope longer then 7 and a half inches and I'll drop one in the mail for you.
Send the self addressed and stamped envelope to the dock at 95 East Main St Gloucester Ma 01930 care of Joey (put my name in big letters to make sure it gets to me)

I got some drone footage, which I hope to have ready this evening.

Hey Martin, It’s great you got some footage from the air, where will the drone footage be posted? Some folks hae thought it was a humpback but I saw a very smooth back, more like a (young) right whale. Either one would be unusual for this time of year. Your footage may help to ID it.
Thanks,

It was definitely a North American right whale.
I am working on the video. I sent some photos to Joey, but I don’t think he has posted them yet. Here they are on another forum:

Nice! Another of the many reasons to ‘preserve the beauty and sanctity’ on the oceanside of Back Shore.

Went there and there were people who said they saw the whale. It must of left to go somewhere else by the time we got there. The Environmental police and the Gloucester Animal Control were there. Great photo
