This little guy is Gloucester pooch who can be seen around town walking or hitching a ride like here at the Farmer’s Market last year. He has a human name and belongs to a singa, rowa woman. Any guesses?

I don’t even live in Gloucester and I knew right away that it was Ginger’s (my dog) friend Jeffrey!!!! Can’t wait to tell Ginger, she will be so proud 😉
