Blog Viewing Lesson #2

Today’s lesson is how to use the category links at the bottom of the page to find things that may interest you.

99% of the posts that I put up I place into a category or a couple categories. It takes a little extra time but as far as cataloging Gloucester and the blog itself for the future it pays incredible dividends.  If I ever stopped posting people could use categories or the search function to find just about anything in Gloucester that I’ve posted in the past.

So for example if you are interested in lobster, you scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the word in the category section that says lobster and every post that I’ve ever put up that has to do with lobster will come up from the date closest to now back in time.  There are other categories such as “eats” which contains all the food pictures from Gloucester restaurants, or pics from our kitchen.

  1. Oh Oh. I love your blog Joey, very much. But I had to really listen to hear it. No, I’m not deaf. I had my speakers turned up all the way and my computer also. Sometimes I have to turn my speakers down because things are to loud. But anyway I could hear it. I really look forward everyday to seeing what’s up. Stay Safe. Have a good one.

  2. Hi Joey, Thanks for the tip on your filing system, yes, I could also hear you, but not very good volume, I had the speakers turned to high and I had to get real close to hear you. Yes, I have great hearing. Have a great day!
