Angela Sanfilippo and City Councilor Sefatia Romeo have created a a scholarship fund for the nearly 3-year-old son and unborn child of Matteo and Josephine Russo. Anyone wishing to make a donation may do so by sending a check to “The Chldren of Matt Russo Fund, c/o BankGloucester, 160 Main St., Gloucester, MA 01930, Attention: Amy E. Mitchell.”
