Happy Spring Everyone!
The summer months are almost here! And if you haven’t heard, there is a great new summer opportunity for our local athletes! Sports Performance Training Classes are designed for athletes ages 10-18 who are seeking excellence at the next level of performance. This is an intense hour-and-a-half session, meeting up to three times per week. Each session focuses on mastering key athletic movement patterns which will support the development of strength, power, speed, agility and flexibility. Most importantly, these athletes will decrease their risk for injury, and build confidence to meet the demands of their specific sport.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be in the best shape of your life this fall, by training with us this summer!
From what we have seen and heard, there are amazing kids in the local area who are interested and crave this program! With the right instruction, these athletes will step out onto the fields and rinks this fall better than ever before! And with your help, by letting any friends/ kids/ athletes/ coaches, etc. know about this program, we can help develop even stronger athletes!
