Last night the family carefully packed thousands of handmade dried Fettuccini cuts of St. Joseph Pasta made Saturday, during our Annual Pasta Making Day. Packing up the pasta requires team work and patience!  Each and every strand is placed into large plastic storage bins that will latter be placed under the constructed Altar until the traditional Feast Of St. Joseph Blessing is preformed by a roman Catholic priest.Â
