Nick Curcuru, Cynde Francis & John Van Ness Decorate the tree at Kent Circle |
Gloucester’s Santa Parade begins at the State Fish Pier at 3pm and ends at Kent Circle with music from the North Shore Bell Ringers and the tree lighting at about 4:30pm.
Ringo Tarr has promised snow no matter what the temperature!
Santa will travel the parade route on a Gloucester fire truck. Once he gets to Kent Circle, children can sit on Santa’s lap and meet Mrs. Clause too.
Look for the Pink Elephant along the parade route with AMVETS children collecting unwrapped toys for Toys4Tots. If you miss the Pink Elephant you can bring an unwrapped toy to Kent Circle.
This year The Docksiders will perform in the parade and at Kent Circle.
Everyone at Kent Circle is invited to sign holiday cards to be sent to our troops overseas.
Free popcorn and hot chocolate at Kent Circle provided by Lobsta Land and The Gloucester Fund.
After the Tree lighting there’s plenty of Music in Gloucester and Cape Ann. See a complete list of music here: http://www.gimmesound.com/Gloucester.cfm
