Make a commitment to your Yoga practice and meet 5 mornings in a row with other dedicated Yoga practitioners for meditation, warm-up stretches, a 30-minute Flow and a guided deep relaxation.  Instructor, Janet Green Garrison brings 35 years of teaching experience to each session.
