Footprints in the Sand

Good Harbor on Wednesday afternoon was clear and crisp.  Taking a walk on the beach takes all the stress of the day away.  Grateful.

Good Harbor on a Sunday afternoon

Rick and I went over to Good Harbor for a walk on Sunday.  As always, it never disappoints.

Lonely Good Harbor

Good Harbor looked very deserted on Wednesday.  The lifeguards were on duty to make sure swimmers were staying safe.  You could see the ocean and wind changing.

Good Harbor Beach

Wednesday afternoon was so glorious had to go to the beach.  Went over to Good Harbor and the sunshine and ocean did not disappoint.

Lonely Good Harbor Beach

Good Harbor looked so lonely on Wednesday, with cold weather.  We know withing a few months happy beach goers will be enjoying the ocean, sun and sea breezes.

Surfers at Good Harbor Beach on Saturday

Good Harbor was beautiful on Saturday.  The waves and surfers were fun to watch.  The ocean temperature was nice.

Good Harbor

Late August and late in the day at Good Harbor.  So wonderful we can go to the beach anytime.

Spring afternoon at Good Harbor Beach

Beautiful walk on Saturday afternoon with amazing light.

Good Harbor Footbridge

The footbridge took a beating during the storm yesterday, but still standing.  Planks are missing and the bridge is closed.

Thatcher’s Island from Good Harbor Beach

On Wednesday it was windy and chilly.  On Tuesday I actually went swimming.  Decided to go over to Good Harbor Beach to walk.  The wind was blowing really hard.  The ocean was so blue.  No matter what the weather is in Gloucester the views never disappoint.

Thank you who came out to help clean on Saturday
