6-10pm Cape Ann Plein Air Grand Awards Exhibition & Sale, Rockport Art Association & Museum, Rockport: $65 advance, $75 after Oct 13 ($65 may be used toward purchase of one painting). Special opportunity for art patrons and enthusiasts to meet the artists and purchase one of 160 fresh paintings created during CAPA week by award winning and nationally recognized plein air artists. A Love Fest held at Gloucester City Hall

Thank you Karen Pischke for working so hard spreading love throughout our beautiful city. Going to City Hall yesterday was so inspirational and again thank you.

Are you going to be awake @ midnight 2017?

James Montgomery Kicks 2016 outa here!

For us NYE is different every year.  Some years we struggle to stay awake.  Other years we’re in party mode. Like many of you, we’re eager to see 2016 gone and welcome 2017 in the most fun way possible, so we’re in PARTY MODE.

If you’re in party mode too, there’s lots to do (see here) — and all night long, meaning you don’t necessarily have to choose — YOU CAN DO IT ALL!  You could go to an early show that’s over by 9:30 and then bop down the road to Beverly’s Vittori-Rocci Hall and help blues legend James Montgomery KICK 2016 out and rock in 2017.  That’s where we’ll be.
