Santa arrives by boat at Tuna Wharf, 3:45 p.m., followed by tree lighting ceremony in Dock Square, 4 p.m.

Open House in stores, hayrides, caroling, pancake breakfast. Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m. Santa arrives by boat on Sunday at noon, followed by the Jingle Bell Walk, and the Friendship tree lighting at 3:30 p.m.
