Low tide

Before Thursday’s sleet and snow came to visit, took a walk on Stacy Boulevard.  The tide was low and the harbor was quiet.

Join us on Monday – we’ll continue to brainstorm what can be done in school and at home to help our kids feel aware of (and in control of) their relationship with tech … and empowered to make better choices. We are fortunate to have GPS working with us to move things in a healthy direction. We need parents and guardians to join in the effort. We can make a difference!

Irish Coffee At Minglewood

To continue the occasional series featuring Irish Coffee around town from now until St. Patrick’s Day: next up: Minglewood on Rogers St. As many of you already know, Minglewood is a favorite stop for us to eat, have a drink, or just hang out. Their Irish Coffee is served in a nicely sized glass mug. I say yes to Bailey’s AND whipped cream most of the time so I kind of expect to be asked those questions. It was hot and delicious and the coffee was fresh. Slainte Minglewood!
