Walking with the Sunset Club of Magnolia on Saturday, the sunset was interesting. The clouds rolled in and the sun looked like in was winking as it set.

Skeleton Crew. I’ve seen lots of great Halloween decorations this year. While I’ve never really gotten into Halloween myself, it is so great to see families work so hard on these displays to entertain others and bring joy (or fright) to the season! Share some good addresses if you know of any!

It’s a good day in the fall when the Gloucester House Pub on Rogers St reopens for the winter! We stopped by Sunday afternoon and the place was packed with Patriots fans as well as music fans. As usual, the friendly staff was hustling to make sure everyone was taken care of. I wanted everything on the menu, but I went for the blackened haddock tacos and apple crisp. Jim had his favorite pub pretzel. We’ll be back fo rmore as soon as possible!
